The existing Gmail flow requires the workspace owner to authorize Google access and start an on-demand, read-only scan. It does not send email, change Gmail messages, or run in the background. Validation against a real inbox has not been confirmed. No CRM connector is currently available, and connected-source monitoring is inactive.

How does Microsoft 365 mailbox review connect?

Microsoft 365 review uses delegated Microsoft Graph Mail.Read access for the mailbox owner’s signed-in account. The owner must authorize access, and Dealwhistle’s Microsoft Entra app registration and sign-in redirect must be configured; the mailbox is not connected until authorization succeeds.

The daily report summarizes useful pipeline changes and suggested next steps for your team, so reps can see what changed and where follow-up may be needed.

How do Dealwhistle nudges work?

Accepted Answer

Your team approves the follow-up rules first. Dealwhistle can then surface a nudge for the responsible rep when a saved deal record matches an approved rule. It nudges reps, not customers; the rep decides whether and how to follow up.

How do CRM inactivity filters compare with Dealwhistle?

CRM approaches differ. Salesforce Pipeline Inspection can flag an opportunity when its Next Step field has not been updated for more than 7 days. Zoho CRM Advanced Filters can find deals untouched during a chosen period, filter by latest email or activity status, and use the presence or absence of related records such as notes as criteria. These are product-specific examples, not one universal CRM inactivity filter. Dealwhistle has no CRM connector, and connected-source monitoring is inactive, so it does not currently read CRM activity or apply CRM inactivity filters.

Can Dealwhistle create or use my CRM saved views?

CRMs can save criteria for reusable record views: Zoho CRM lets users define criteria for custom list views, and Salesforce list views show records filtered by selected criteria. These are CRM features. Dealwhistle has no CRM connector, so it cannot create, read, or update your CRM saved views.

Does Dealwhistle automate CRM tasks or activities?

CRM task workflows vary. HubSpot pipeline automation can create and assign a task when a deal enters a configured stage. Pipedrive lets users select deals and bulk schedule up to 100 activities per selection. Dealwhistle’s documented, team-approved nudges surface to reps and do not contact customers. With no CRM connector and connected-source monitoring inactive, Dealwhistle does not create CRM tasks or activities, including tasks based on deal risk or forecast category.

A manager pipeline review is a human decision process: check buyer evidence and deal risk, focus discussion on exceptions, make a decision, and record it with an owner and a dated next action. Dealwhistle’s existing FAQ describes its report as a summary of pipeline changes and suggested next steps. Because no CRM connector is available and connected-source monitoring is inactive, Dealwhistle does not have current CRM-derived evidence and does not run or replace manager reviews.
